Do I design online, or receive a DIY kit?
You arrange the bracelet online. Your saved design records the pieces and arrangement you choose. It is not a kit of loose beads to assemble at home.
What if I don’t know the wrist size?
You can explore a design first and leave the measurement unconfirmed. Use the wearer’s actual wrist measurement before the required Review steps; for a gift, don’t substitute your own size. See the Size Guide.
Can I change a suggested design?
Yes. Change available stones, sizes, arrangement, and accessories in the studio, then review the updated design. Choosing an idea does not place an order.
